To use, place the roller on a flat surface, bring the knife edge to the side of the grindstone, and saw back and forth with consistent downward pressure. Control the angle on each stroke, so you get razor-sharp edges each time.
Sharpen the knife on each side for 10-15 strokes for best results. Wash with a damp cloth after each use.
