The best thing about the Chef Craft cutting board is its size. No heavy cutting board to get out for a very small job. Easy to store, light weight and can be hung on kitchen hook for ready use. Great for cutting small fruit. It is dishwasher safe. Plastic does retain cut marks but easily cleaned in dishwasher Stains don't remove completely after repeated use...
Perfect for those small jobs that you don't want to pull out the big cutting board. Washes up well. Easy to store.
