They are just as beautiful in person. I ordered 8 chairs. One chair the screws wouldn't go in, but with a little help from my hubby they were able to be drilled in.
I truly wanted to like this product, however like many of the other reviews, we struggled to put these together. Stripped many screw threads trying to put together the base and couldn't get a single stool put together without any issues. Returned.
I'm not sure what all the great reviews are about. Bought these based on reviews expecting great things. Three of the four we ordered we couldn't even put together solidly because the screws broke due to threads being made wrong. Some of the screws wouldn't go in at all leaving it noisy and Rickty. We did manage to get one together correctly, and when sitting in it, the back is so far back it's not even comfortable. Returned - mostly due to poor quality/craftsmanship.

Finally upgraded my barstools and wanted something of higher quality. The metal frame is sturdy and I appreciate that the leg tips screw out to level the chair to prevent wobbling and even had felt tips to attach to protect your floors. Instructions were easy to follow - finished building all three in 30 minutes. Color matched the pictures. Seat has good cushion and love that they swivel smoothly. Great purchase!
They are perfect for kids with the rounded backs, swivel feature, and the easy to clean material. We have gotten lots of compliments on them and I do love the look. The feet come with height adjusters that you can screw in to make sure they don't wobble and little floor protector pads. They feel solid and very nice quality.
Very good looking and good value - look very high-end. Comfortable seat and back the right height, comfortable. Mostly easy to put together but you need an assistant for sure. Check the pieces and parts list - packaging jostled open during shipping and had to search for a couple screws but they were there. One flaw in manufacturing of one of the screw sockets and unable to thread one screw in but went through our tool box and found a substitute piece we made work. Overall pretty nice - but take your time, be patient, account for all the bits first.
Wanted a swivel barstool to make it easier to get in and out of the chair. I looked at several different stools and most were coming in at 200 to 300 each for the same style. When I saw a set of 3 for 300, I saw limited but positive reviews so I took a chance on these. Packaging was excellent and instructions were very easy to follow. Assembly was fairly simple and took me approximately 15-20 minutes each to build. The only difficulty was the 4th screw not wanting to thread on every swivel attachment going into the legs. I had to get pliers to straighten the locking washer and press down hard on the screw to get it to bite. Overall, these stools are excellent for the money. They're comfortable, sturdy and a good size. I saw one review said they're wobbly, but they have adjustable feet on them to reduce or eliminate wobble. I've had many bar stools and almost all of them wobble. I got the white faux leather and the photos seemed more bright white, these are more of an eggshell or a slight cream hue to them. It ended up working well because of the colors in my countertop.
The chairs are nice looking and setting up is not too complicated. However, 3/4 of the chairs wobble, and one of the leg is defective. I am so disappointed and frustrated as breaking them down to return will be such a hassle.
These were pretty easy to put together. I would recommend two people to help assemble. I'm Most excited that they swivel.
