I'm looking for the new dining room gold chandelier to replace the old black one that I got from Overstock 5 years ago and I found this one on sale. I like the unique design and have gold like I want but didn't really look at the size when I order it. The product ship to my house in reasonable time frame, the box is huge which surprise me everything pack well but the box kind of mess up on the corner I'm assuming during the transportation. After I open the box which fill with a lot of dusty of broken foam and installed it the weekend before Christmas and it turn out beautiful over my dining table, I don't have a big dining table which is fit 6 persons about size 72". This Chandelier is look big in person but I have tall ceiling which complement the size of this chandelier. Everyone at home love it until we have a guess come over and he mention the chandelier is nice but too big for the size of dining table and the room which I have to agree but I come up with positive thinking that's is a big focal for the entire living area because I don't have anything else that big in the living area. So I love it, there is no problem to install at all, the light is a little bright for us since we're also have the pocket light point the dining table.
We were looking at a chandelier very similar to this at *** but we weren’t able to spend that much. Found this one and ordered it. This light is very similar to The *** version. The light comes in pieces and Will need to be assembled, wired and all crystals hung. There weren’t any instructions included, just a link to a website that had videos. I couldn’t find he video to this exact light, but I was able to figure it out and assemble the pieces. There is a diagram for the crystals, which helped with placement. The light comes with five feet of wire and 18 inches of chain, for hanging. We needed 7 feet to hang ours, so we bought black wire and chain from the hardware store. The connection pieces that hold the crystals together seem very flimsy and are noticeably different from the *** crystal connectors (shown in picture). I will change the connector that holds the bottom crystal ball, since that is the most noticeable when the light is hung. But even with the flimsy looking connectors, I’d buy this light again. It is a pain getting it assembled and takes very long, but I would do it all over again, because when it is hung, the light is beyond my expectations and beautiful! We are so happy with our purchase and for 1/4 the price of the *** one!!
This Crystal Chandelier is just what I was looking for to place in my custom built "glam" closet. I looked at so many online (TONS) and finally pulled the trigger on this one and I am thrilled with the result. Bought it on sale with free shipping-one arm was broken (this is very delicate glad) no problem - they sent it within 3 days -great service after the sale. My husband installed it and it did take about 2 1/2 hours, but is amazing. Looks expensive, love the chrome and the crystals!
