This is a very efficient garbage can - I usually don’t spend this much $$ for a garbage can, but this one is worth it. I ordered the black one and it actually looks cool in my kitchen - instead of unsightly like most of them. It comes already assembled and I popped 6 AA batteries in and it was working great. I love that it opens when I approach it and closes after 5 seconds. The bottom is great for recycling and has a bin for it as well as a green one for composting. So far I love it.
