Good wood construction - poor customer experience

The vanity arrived quickly and its has a solid wood construction. Unfortunately it was missing the handles. I requested the missing parts and when they arrived a weke later during installation I discovered the handles didn't match the existing holes- The wholes are 4" but the handles I received are 3 3/4 😕
