These stools are way too low for regular 36 in countertops. Under description, seat height listed as 24 1/2 in, and that's a very misleading information. 24 1/2 is the height of the sides of the seat. Actual seat sinks by couple of inches, which is too low and uncomfortable to seat by the regular counter height. I'm surprise these stools have so many reviews and nobody ever brought up the sea height. I wouldn't order these stools if actual seat height, not the heigh of the sides, would be listed or mentioned somewhere. Return was pretty easy, but overstock keeps *** shipping return fee.

We purchased these counter-height stools for a kitchen counter. The kitchen is slightly dated, but the stools bring a touch of elegance that actually makes the kitchen look more contemporary. The seats are comfortable and the shape and style of the leather looks more expensive than it is. I would gladly purchase again.

I was very impressed with these stools!! With a 4 and 6 year old who spend a lot of time eating and doing art at the island I wasn't interested in spending a ton of money on stools that I would be replacing at some point. The color is really nice, deep brownish gray with a cool stitch accent. They are very comfortable and stable - great for wiggly kids. Overall great buy!!

Really sharp looking bar stools. Love the stitching detail on them. Very easy to put together. We were missing one piece of hardware but easy to pick one up at our local hardware store. I’d recommend these to other buyers.

We did not find they were scratching our floors. We did add felt later just to be safe. I love these chairs. We use them daily and every guest comments on how comfortable they are.
