I love my propane fire pit. It's beautiful and easy to use.
While the firepit looks nice when it arrives and the wind guard is helpful, it is incredibly cheaply built. After only a little more than a year (AND after keeping it covered when not in use), the cheap paint has peeled off all over on it. I reaches out to the company to see if they could send some touch-up paint, as this firepit was not cheap (nearly $*). They said because a year passed, they would do nothing. Also, the cover they send is incredibly cheap and did not cover the fireplace well. We ended up having to buy our own cover separately. If I had known what I know now, I would have never bought this thing. I strongly encourage you not to waste your money and find a better quality product and better manufacturer elsewhere.
Excellent fire table! Good warmth and able to make the flames higher and lower.
Low to ground and large diameter work perfectly though I need to keep my puppy away from those glass stones (with the cover) when not in use. The exterior is chipped (no way to avoid this) in transport and installation because of ceramic coating, however, touch up paint is provided. The paint doesn't effectively cover the damage and dries with obvious texture and tone inconsistency (that can be annoying). Overall, we are enjoying the use of the firepit and it is great for gatherings.
Very well made and color and size was exactly what we were looking for! It fits our space perfectly. Would highly recommend purchasing. Delivery was quick and efficient.

The firepit states in the specifications that it is only intended for propane, however reading on other websites where this same firepit is sold, it actually says that it is natural gas compatible. It was difficult finding the proper conversion kit so I wanted to help those in the future who plan on utilizing natural gas as well. I bought the LSI firepit natural gas conversion kit on **** and did the conversion myself fairly easily. You can also buy the same one sold by real flame:****. The hose connection to the valve was somewhat difficult due to space but was doable. You also need to replace the orifice which anybody can do with a crescent wrench. Just make sure you properly check for leaks after installation, or have a certified technician do it for you. The firepit design is beautiful and the wind guard makes the firepit look sharp and professional. I've had people over and they all are very complimentary of the design. Only reason I am rating as a 4 star is because I initially received the wrong colored lava rocks (which are the ones pictured), and did not receive the wind guard but after dealing with bed bath and beyond chat support, I finally received the correct lava rocks and the wind guard. Haven't noticed any chipping but I've only owned for a month, so I cannot speak for its longevity. It generates sufficient heat for a smokeless firepit. Overall I'm very satisfied and think its great for the price.

The Cosiest fire pit arrived in perfect shape. We really enjoy it on a cool evening.
It is as beautiful as the picture. Had a few scratches from shipping but came with touch up paint and brush. I did add more glass (brown) and that made all the difference.
