Poor quality and poor quality control.
I ordered 2 of these pieces one small in a pink for my granddaughters' room which was in much better condition than the larger grey one. First off, the pink one was basically fine except for the black material liner that covers the inside top, which the way it is packed is why this had two tears in this black thin mesh liner. Very pretty product but as I stated very poor quality/quality control. The grey is also a beautiful unit but this was so badly damaged, I couldn't believe it. First of the inside bottom black thin board was completely off center the way it was cut, the top black mesh liner was also damaged like the smaller pink one I stated earlier. But just the way the material was constructed all around on this one, where it was sewn for the tufting for the crystals was just poorly done. As well when I put the legs on, one of the legs completely broke and caused the unit to topple over. Luckily I wasn't in front or it would have landed right by my feet. I have pictures of all of this and need to reach out to the company. I purchased this for a home I purchased and redid and the units were ordered previously and just sat in their respective boxes and that is why the return window was no longer open. I would have definitely returned them. I also ordered one from a different company which was fully assembled and all I had to do was open the box, and screw the bun feet in. What a pleasure and it is so sturdy and great quality, I would have bought more of those. I am sooo very disappointed and very unhappy especially since I spent good money for them and took my time and was so careful putting it together and unfortunately the employees who package these do not and send out items with damaged parts and no quality control that they look used almost. At last some parts do. I will update everyone if the company reaches out to me to correct all of this. I will be back with any and all updates.
