We needed temporary seating for an apartment and these did the job.
This sofa and loveseat set is just what I wanted and needed. The color is a dark blue gray and the cloth material is very sturdy. The loveseat console is very handy but it separates the two sides of the seat so it isn't really a loveseat, its more like two adjoined chairs
Great set! They were easy to assemble. My kids loves the cup holders and charging ports/outlets in the loveseat! They are also easy to clean. We have a large dog that sheds a lot. The hair wipes right off! Love them!
The picture made the couch look cushier than it is. It's not uncomfortable, and I actually like the firm seats. I just wish the back and sides were more supportive. I think once I get an ottoman, it'll be a great set!
I did live this sofa set! Very modern and pretty easy to put together. I would give it 5 stars but the loves seat only came with 2 right Ames, no left and the set was out of stock. I will say customer service is amazing and helped me pick something new out and had this set picked up in a timely fashion!
The worse quality in the world. It came in a box and it feel like a box. I never knew you can put a whole couch in a box well OVERSTOCK has achieved it. Customer service say it pending process and I'm like how when it's in my front room, so I send them a picture and the next thing I knew when I'm ask to cancel order, I started getting auto reply text message instead of a agent. I requested to cancel and pickup product 5 days ago and still nobody from overstock return my call. I text with their customers service team every other day trying to resolve their mistake. The retail picture look grey but when I was placing my order didn't give me that option so I chose black when I order it, but instead it's brown. Then I have to assemble everything, what exactly I'm I paying them for if I have to do all the work. If the quality was good I won't had a problem assemble everything. Please customers don't order this not worth the money. I post a picture so everybody can see. I like overstock but this probably just turn me away as a customer the experience doing these economic times show me they not organized properly for hard times.
I had a little issue with delivery (got delivered to my neighbor). But both overstock and shipping company did a good job fixing this issue. This is not the best quality product (see pic of the wood chipping off right out of the box). But the finish is so pretty that I am ok with it. The color is gorgeous.
