Our mattress for our guest room and all of our guests have slept very comfortably! Does require a box spring for height depending on the bed frame but not necessarily needed for comfort.

It is 12inch, which is the right height and medium firm which is not too hard and not too soft for my back.
I sleep on my sides and was losing circulation with my old mattress and also getting back pain. This mattress solves both of those problems and has improved my sleep immensely.
