I live in a small place and hunted long and hard for a beanbag to add extra seating for my TV watching space. The aesthetics of most reasonably priced beanbags just didn't cut it for me. Plus, I know that the fill compresses in time and needs to be added to, so it made sense to get one with an inner bag, and a washable outer cover. This one ticks both boxes, and I was drawn to the pattern as its a similar one to my sofa but in a different color way. I was not disappointed in the quality of the construction of this bag--it's excellent. The liner is sturdy, the stitching on both liner and outer cover is sturdy. Every time someone comes over they ask "where did you get this?!", because it has some class and style. Here is the one thing that disappoints me: the fill. It is randomly sized pieces of styrofoam, as if they just ground up some styrofoam packing material. I don't care for the feel of it as much as the relatively uniform round balls featured in virgin fill. I believe that if you order directly from the manufacturer you have the option of virgin fill at a higher cost. But since it isn't used all the time, I can live with it for now. When it compresses enough to require a refill, then I will use a fill I prefer. I can tell it will be a messy proposition just from having peeked inside to confirm my suspicions about what is in there. The size is perfect for a smaller space, and the bag fits me very comfortably, but I'm only 5'1" tall but I'm not tiny (weight-wise). Unless you really want to lay out on a beanbag, this should work for just about any adult, especially for shorter term seating.
