Crafted from rugged welded steel, the cooker features a 10-inch cast-iron burner with a large cooking surface that will support stockpots up to 162 quarts, making it easy to prepare large batches. With safety features such as a hose guard, a 30 psi preset regulator with brass control valve, and a 48-inch LPG rubber hose that keeps the propane can well away from the flame, this burner provides both effective and worry free use.
