I have had my sectional for around 2 months now. I love it!! The quality is very good. We had a problem with the shipping, because the shipper only left part of the sectional. I had read one review that said they never could get their other parts. I wanted to give them a chance. I called on that Friday when I got off work and they called me that evening. They kept in contact with me for a week and by the following Friday, we had all the parts. I felt they were truly listening to me and my concerns because I had already given our couch away. We had nothing to sit on but the parts that came. She told me to go ahead and sit on them and if they couldn't find them, they would resend a complete new set. The color is exactly what I wanted and is represented well from the picture. Thank you Overstock.
This sectional looks as pictured it is very comfortable and I love the fact that it has 2 reclining master chairs and the chaise to. Perfect for seating area. Wipes clean with a damp towel if something gets on it. I would recommend to others.
Great Buy! I was a little hesitant to make such a big purchase online, but it worked out great. I couldn't find what I wanted in the stores and if I found something similar it was twice the price of what I paid online. The couch is comfortable and was very easy to assemble. No hardware or tools needed for assembly. Shipping and delivery was as described. I paid the extra *** to have the shippers place the boxes inside the house. It was well worth it!
Only 2 out of 6 boxes were delivered the first time. Overstock couldn't locate the other 4 pieces. Had to return the 2 pieces I received and they reordered the sectional set. Arranged delivery for new sectional and again...only 2 out of 6 boxes were delivered. Driver checked and the other 4 were at warehouse. 5 days later they scheduled an 11-3 appt which they missed....I gave up and canceled the order and am waiting for them to pick up the 2 pieces they delivered. (I don't believe the sofa material is actually suede.)
I was kind of worried about making such a large purchase without seeing it in person first but I really liked the look of this couch so we went ahead and got it. I'm really happy with it so far, we've had it for about 5 months. We have 6 pets and two kids and it is holding up very well. Still looks great, the animal hair vacuums off it very easily and cleans up (spot clean) well.
Pieces missing but overall comfortable. I think the shipment should be confirmed before they leave....
