Product arrived on expected date. the parts are all labeled for assembly. It took us couple of hours to assemble. Assembly is a little challenging as the instructions were very concise. Some elaboration on these instruction will help speed up the assembly. Overall the finished product looks great. I gave 4 stars due to challenges during assembly.
I have been considering this cabinet for a long time. I wanted it to coordinate with an existing dining room set. I was concerned about the finish and the color since I could not see it in person. I finally broke down and purchased it. It was delivered late yesterday and we assembled it last night. It is packed wonderfully, but one piece was damaged despite such (the bottom of the cabinet in the back). Because of the area of damage, we decided to continue with its assembly. The damage is only visible from the unfinished back of the cabinet. It took approximately four hours for two people to assemble it. The instructions are pictures and diagrams and it would be more beneficial if some of the pieces were identified better. They are labeled, but in the early assembly stages, when you do not know where the piece will be sitting once fully assembled, sometimes you can assemble a piece the reverse of how it should be. The finish is beautiful. The cabinet compliments our dining room wonderfully. I would have given it five stars but for the one damaged piece and the sometimes confusing instructions.
It takes two people to put it together and you have to read and follow the instructions very carefully. They are not as clear as they migh be. The finished product is very nice, solid and an attractive addition to our living room.
This is a good value for what you get. It's particle board but the finish is nice and true to the photo. The top self is tall enough for a St. Germain bottle but not a "large" Kettle one bottle. The "wine" rack can be moved up or down by three "pegs". Every piece is separate, and requires intense assembly. This took me and my husband 6 hours to assemble and it's still about 85% complete. Helpful hints: 1) In the first step - those are separate pieces, the "Z" shaped on is for later 2) lay the cabinet down to install the doors, mine are warped slightly and I wasn't able to get a decent alignment/close without re-drilling the holes. 3) you'll have spare parts
