I recently changed my dining area, making it less formal. I bought this little table to go with two wooden contemporary bar stools I had and it works with the stools perfectly, as if they were a set. The table top is a nice, walnut finish - not as red as in the picture, but more of a rich brown. The size of the table top is small but large enough to fit two place settings. It was very easy to put together and I really like the quality. So far, so good.
Had counter height bar stool and could never find tables that matched tall enough. This table is unique and very sturdy. Easy to put together. Finish is perfect. Love it in my bar room.
Love these tables for our bar / wine room - we got two and put them together to make a large square, and can reconfigure as needed. The finish on the metal portion is very pretty, and seems to hold up well although it will scratch so have to be somewhat careful. The wood center of the tables also seems to repel water and we don't have to worry about water marks. I held back one star though because the wood centers seems to sag just ever so slightly after a few months. Hoping it won't continue, and isn't noticeable to anyone but me I don't think....but other than that they are perfect and we've had MANY parties sitting around these tables - people love them.
This was just the simplicity we were looking for ion na small kitchen space in front off an sliding door we did not want to block. We added 3 backless bar stools it finished off the look in my daughters new condo kitchen perfectly. It is not heavy but stable, and finished off decent for then price.
