I live at 8800 in elevation and wasn't sure how making a wedding cake would be. I find that I need to keep everything in the oven longer and this did help with it not getting burnt or dry on the edges.
This is my first Rachel Ray purchase ever and I've heard a lot of good things about her products. So far, so good. The only thing I am concerned about is the "do's and don'ts" in the instructions. The instructions left me with the feeling that this product will chip and/or break if it isn't handled with kid gloves.
