This is not my first order of silicone bake ware, so I have a reference point to compare to. I bake grain free low carb breads and desserts which tend to be very tender and difficult to get out of conventional pans. Even without greasing the silicone bake ware, my muffins and bread loaf popped out with incredible ease and no breakage. That is the good. The neutral is the ultra thin nature of this product requires external support in order for your baked good to retain the intended shape. So my silicone loaf pan will have to go inside a metal loaf pan so the side does not bow out under the pressure of the batter weight. The cup cakes, both sizes did not see to have an issue and I have not tried any of the cake pans yet. The cookie sheet is a flimsy joke compared to the silicone baking mats I picked up for a very reasonable price at Costco. According to the card that came with the pans, the sizes of the bake ware are non-standard, which can be a problem with recipes. The bundt pan height is a joke, at about half the size of my metal bundt pan. And they give you three single cake pans of different style and size, so if you want to make a layer cake, it will require multiple batches and extra time. In order to make a layer cake down the road, my remedy is to order a second set. You do get a lot for the money and I want more of those fabulous if off sized muffin tins as well, so that remedy works for me. I am looking forward to using the rest of the pans and putting together some layer cakes with my double set.
This cookware is really nonstick. The only problem is that there is only 1 8" cake pan and 1 9" cake pan....now I have to order another set just to be able to bake a cake. Other than that, this is very good bakeware.
This set is great and exactly what I was looking for. I chose the set in Red and it’s a really bright pretty red. The set is not super flimsy like a lot of silicone sets are. In fact, the set is good for cooking in when you don’t have a pan to set them in. I just set them on a cookie sheet to make it easier to get them in an out of the oven when filled. I haven’t had a problem getting my cakes, cookies, and other goodies out of them either. Just let them cool at room temperature for a few minutes and pop them right out. If you like to use silicone bakeware, then this is the set to get!
