Aveza Modern Abstract Area Rug

This rug is lovely, but make no mistake, there is no teal/aqua/turquoise in it. It is sky blue and navy blue. I attached 2 pictures, one with a flash and one without. Both are true to how it looks in various lighting. One great thing about this rug is that it doesn't smell, like many area rugs do.

This rug is true to color and beautiful. However, it is paper thin. The pile is listed as 0.39” on Overstock. In reality it’s more like 0.15”. It’s also extremely light weight which combined with its pile height makes this carpet a death trap any child or elderly person can easily slip and break their necks. Perhaps it’s the low weight and low pile of the rug which allows it such an attractive price however if you get this rug it is essential to get a good nonslip rug mat to prevent slipping. If you want to add some cushion or comfort to the rug, I would suggest finding an extra thick cushioned or memory foam nonslip rug mat. Any of these won’t be cheap which makes the biggest attraction of this rug it’s price much less attractive if your primary requirements are safety value and comfort

I like the color scheme--it has the aqua-type blue I was looking for to match "ocean" theme in my home and the fire glass in my fireplace. It also has shades of grey and a navy blue. It is thin, but with a rug pad it's perfect for my purpose.

I am so happy with this rug. It was such an amazing price that I really was unsure of what to expect. It completely exceeded my expectations. The colors are true to the description and to the photo. I was especially concerned what the feel on bare feet as we are using it in our bedroom. It's wonderfully soft to walk on. It also flattened out nicely in a few days with the help of some heavy books in one corner. I'm actually thinking of getting the same one for my son's room.

I like the size. I ordered the 8x10 and then wondered if it would be big enough for my space. It was perfect for the center of the room and looks great with my furniture and new pergo flooring.

I love it!! Its exactly what I was expecting. The size and color is perfect. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking to spruce up a space.
