We ordered three bar stools. Two came one day completely wrapped in the manufacturer's packaging. After unwrapping and attaching the seat (simple assembly), we found that one bar stool had a considerable "wobble" on our tile floor. We came to find that one of the nylon feet had been pushed up inside the leg. We contacted the manufacturer. They promptly sent us new nylon feet. The stools still tend to "wobble" because there is NO ADJUSTMENT in the feet. If you have a tile floor and it is not PERFECTLY LEVEL, the chairs will wobble. We have purchased rubber feet to attach to the bottoms of the nylon feet to try to minimize the problem. The next day, the third bar stool arrived repackaged in a overstock.com box. One of the metal legs was nicked to the point it was VERY SHARP. I almost got a cut removing the stool from the package. I was VERY disappointed because I felt as though I had been sold someone else's return. The stool should have been written off as damaged and never resold. However, overstock's response was great. They sent UPS back to our home to pick up the damaged stool and sent us a brand new one. It did cause a delay of about ten days, though. The stools are absolutely gorgeous. They would be much better if the manufacturer had built some adjustability into the legs/feet. Based on the overall quality (heavy, well-built structure), I would definitely purchase the stools again. I just wish they did not tend to "wobble" on our imperfect tile floor.

They began to screech when the chair tops were turned, so my husband hit the middle section with WD-40 and now no noise. We would buy these again
