i was lucky actually that my husband, who is very good at putting things together, took care of the construction of the armoire. once done, it was beautiful! everything fit perfectly, lined up great, drawers are really smooth. the MDF does stink for a long time, but we are living with it and airing it out when we can still. i'm sure the clothes in the drawers will still smell like MDF for a few months. it's a great, simple, inexpensive piece. any small nicks or scuff marks don't matter to us because it's in a fairly dimly lit bedroom, anyway. other armoires we saw are too big or expensive or fancy. we love the simplicity and just bought the end table to match!
LOVE this! It works perfectly in my space and gives me the additional storage I needed. Putting it together took a while and definitely requires a second person, but it was one of the more organized and simple constructions I've dealt with, and I've done a lot of put it together yourself furniture! A few corners were scuffed or scratched, but no where that was noticeable. One note: be careful not to over tighten your screws! We accidentally did on something in the shelving part, and it split the wood just a little on that shelf (in the back, no big deal, but fair warning).
This armoire is perfect in our living room and was easy to put together. It also arrived quickly. It is a simple design that has a dignity about it. the folks in Brazil ddi a fine job of making the cabinet.
I LIKE IT A LOT AND IT WAS EASY TO PUT TOGETHER INSTRUCTIONS WERE VERY EASY AND SIMPLE .IT IS OF POOR QUALITY BUT FOR THE PRICE IT IS NOT TO BAD .BUT I DONT THINK I WOULD GIVE IT A RECOMMENDATION FOR THE FACT THAT IT IS POOR QUALITY.....
