I Love this Dispenser; I had been wanting one for 3 years and researching and talking to people about the different ones they had purchased, how much $$$ they spent and would they replace from the same company?? I'm SO glad I did business with OverStock, so much so that I have purchased an Igloo Ice 101 26 pound Ice Maker to go with the Water Cooler. I spoke with *** from their customet service and everything I needed was taken care of... OverStock's customer service is A#1. Do your homework, folks, if you are looking for appliances, on a budget, and time and well mannered people who HELP you are your requirments. Go for it‼️
