Super sharp. I love it but wish it came with a better sheath.
I have problems holding on to things with my hands due to arthritis so using sharp items that slide downhill have never worked for me. Electric expensive choppers have lasted a few short weeks. Manuel choppers also a big waste. THEN I found this wonderful tool !! Everything about this works ! The blade is sharp. ✅ The handle is really nonslip ✅ comfortable ✅ Very well made ✅ Excellent Price ✅ I will be buying a couple more so I always have one on hand. Thank You !!!!!!
I've only used this twice so far but it's been great. I saw some negative comments about the blade splitting and can't imagine how much force you'd be applying for that to happen. Or else I just got lucky or whatever, but I'm happy with mine. I use it in a wooden chopping bowl, don't know if that matters.
