The first time I received this table, it had scratches all across the top. The replacement came actually splintered and assembled incorrectly. This is really bad craftsmanship, and the wood is also splitting at 90% of the joints. Make sure to look if over if you still order!
But the hardware are low quality, so before attempting to put together, take them to the hardware store and replace them with stainless steel hardware.
The table is beautiful and of good quality, with no blemishes. The middle leaf is easy to add in or remove. Assembly was relatively easy. Since we have just received these, we can't speak to its durablity; however, we have added a coat of teak wood oil to try and preserve the beautiful color of the wood., ,,,, We ordered the broadridge balau chairs to go with- they look really great, but are just a little too tall, so they do not slide under the table completely., ,,,,,,,,,,, Also, the hole for the umbrella is in the leaf, so if you do not use the leaf, an umbrella will need to be to the side of the table, instead of in the middle.
Nicer than expected, comparable to other tables worth 2-3x its price. Came well oiled, easy to assemble.
