Fountain is always leaking. We have caulked, added hose clamps internally because the hoses just come off all the time. Runs out of water and pump keeps running, will probably die soon. Wish I could return
Installation was a little more complicated than expected. I recommend watching a video on it prior to installing. It's cute but I'm not sure how Durable it is and how long it will last. Water flows good in it and the noise is relaxing!
I bought one for my dad and he loves it! Bought one for myself and my 9 year old grandson wanted to assemble it - and he did with barely any assistance. I thoroughly enjoy the fountain. I like the adjustable pump which allows for a quieter sound if desired. Recommend.
I recently purchased this outdoor fountain for my deck, and I must say, it's quite the attention-grabber! The design is fairly rustic, adding a touch of tranquility to my outdoor space. However, I have to address the elephant in the room - it's loud. The sound of the water cascading can be quite noticeable, especially during quiet moments. At first, I was a bit taken aback by the noise level, but over time, I've grown accustomed to it. In fact, it's become somewhat of a soothing background noise for me. The pump is adjustable so you can slow down the flow of water but I was genuinely surprised at how loud this fountain is. Despite its loud nature, I would still recommend this fountain. Its aesthetic beauty and the ambiance it creates outweigh the noise factor. Plus, it's a great conversation starter when guests visit. Just be prepared for a bit of volume if you're planning to place it in a quiet area. If you're looking for a soothing trickle, this may not be the fountain for you. Overall, a wonderful addition to any outdoor space.

The box cam a bit damaged but the fountain parts were just fine. Installation was easy, step by step. Works great, Sounds just wonderful.
Pump broke after using for less than 60 days. i have gone through two other pumps the same size. My guess is you need a strong pump to continuously pump that much water to the higher levels. If you get this, plan to purchase a more powerful pump to use with it. Other than that, quite sturdy. However, tubes that attach from one fountain level to another to carry water back to the top, do fall off relatively easy which stops the flow of water from time to time and causes the upper barrels to drain out through the bottom hole where the tube attaches.
Water fountain works great and add eye appeal to our front yard.
