  • Solid sturdy curtain rod
    Verified Purchase

It is difficult to find an extra long curtain rod so I was very pleased when I found this one. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. It is a solid rod with a nice quality finish. It is a great value for the money. Comparable rods at Pottery Barn and similar stores run double the cost and more.

  • Very sturdy with enough supports

The color is carbon black as stated - the picture makes it look a little brown but that's not the case. It is very sturdy and with the supports there is no deflection. However, some of the expansion pieces were stuck but I got them apart with a little tug.

This is a good looking curtain rod, very sturdy. It is much more reasonably priced that other oversized rods I looked at. A great purchase.

Pleasantly surprised at the quality especially for the price. The rod is a good heavy metal. I have a large sliding glass door that has been left bare for over a year. All the quotes for curtains/shades/etc were coming in in the thousands. I would have spent the money had I really liked any of the proposed solutions but felt like none were worth it. I feel that at this price, I didn't have to love it, it was worth a try. Turns out it looks great! This curtain rod is extended to about 188 inches. I bought 6 curtain panels from PB at 108" long each. Using clip rings so I can take down the curtains to clean when needed without disturbing the pole (it's long and way up there). I think the rings are necessary to work around the brackets required for this length pole. Two of my panels are essentially stationary, hiding the two middle brackets. I can still close all of the curtain panels for privacy, but they mainly are always open. Total was under $1000. Very happy with purchase. I don't know of any other place where you can get a curtain rod of this size/quality anywhere close to this price.

  • Strong and Beautiful

It was not easy to find such a long curtain rod that can go all the way across my living room until I found this one. The price was great comparing to other ones I found online. The pieces were packed nicely and arrived without damage. Nice finishing, no scratches, and very strong to hold my long heavy curtains.

Nice rod, only issue is that it is adjustable in 3 foot segments so we had to have the rod cut to fit the window.

I needed a long expanse (Over 160") to cover my picture window and overstock is one of the few places I found what I needed at a reasonable price. The quality of these curtain rods is excellent. They are top quality, heavy, and look very nice on the wall. I received my product quickly (with in 1 week of order) with standard shipping. I am very happy with this product.
