Ordered a couple of sizes of this to go under very thin rugs and while not super plush, they are perfect now and easier to vacuum. Haven't cut them to size yet but seems like it will be easy to do.

Fast shipping! This will work great under our new rug. It's not very thick and the rubber backing does have a bad smell that I'm sure will eventually go away.
Bought this padding for an oversized shag rug. I wanted more of a cushion feel and this pad filled the bill! Bought the 8 x 10 size which was slightly bigger than the rug. No problem! Just used good pair of scissors to trim off one of the sides. Rug does not slip.
