The metal brackets on the chaise do not align with those on the arm nor sofa, which means it's impossible to connect the pieces together to assemble the product. It appears other reviewers have had this problem as well. I will be returning for a refund. Disappointing.

The couch is poorly made for the price. The arms did not fit correctly. Overstock was great and sent another couch....but those arms ALSO did not fit correctly....on either couch. My husband is a carpenter and my father builds furniture, and neither could get the couch to fit. I now have a couch with one arm.

Great design ,very neat way to hide the extension. Be aware to put the right side arm on you must put the sofa down into the arm.. don't waste time trying to slide it on from the top. It won't work. It is a very breathable fabric, I highly suggest Scott guarding it.
