Happy with the bookshelves. We purchased 5 to cover an entire wall in the basement Den. The open design keep the room and displays more of a professional presentation. The metal frames are solid steal and good shelving design. Pretty easy to put together. There was an issue that the shipper sent 2 of the wrong color, so had the go through the process to get the wrong ones returned and recieve the correct items. Once they agreed they shipped the wrong color, there was no cost impacts. Just the hassle of the return process. The customer service person was very helpful and supported the process.
