Two chairs and table came in one box. Took a dolly to get it to the patio. It took reading and reading again to understand the instructions. Some things was just a guess. But when it was all put together it was just what we wanted and I ordered 2 more chairs. And turned it into a conversation area. Very pleased with quality and enjoy it many times already.
Awful. These came in a huge box, took me and my husband almost 6 hours to put together. Well once you take the pieces out of the box, there is no way you could get them back in to return them...or I would have. After a few trips to the hardware store to get a drill and more bolts, they are done. They sit VERY low to the ground. I am disappointed but stuck with them now. MY husband said "these are called Dreams? They should call them Nightmares".
I recently purchased this 3 piece set. Delivery was fast which I always appreciate. The assembly wasn't too bad. The chairs were a bit tricky due to the shape but I was able to do it. The table was simple to assemble. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase, quality is great!
We're disappointed in these chairs. There are several areas with exposed, fraying edges - one along the front edge that is very noticeable. The ends of the webbing are loose and pop out. Bottom line, they look cheap. They also sit VERY low to the ground and are difficult to get out of. The box was in bad shape when they arrived and cannot be used to return. I have not contacted customer service yet but I'm hopeful that they will have a solution for us.
