I will never buy again from 2X Home who is the third-party seller for these chairs. It was an awful experience which included multiple lies on when things were going to ship, printing my shipping labels so they can get my money and then not shipping my product until I notified them, no phone number to ever talk to a customer service rep and when they did respond via email they were very short and nasty in their comments. I cannot even believe that I received the chairs, even though late, in good condition. I absolutely love the chairs but I would find them from another company. Overstock was very helpful though in trying to resolve. They should not allow 2x Home to be a 3rd party seller for them. As far as the chairs go I love them.
