One chair came cracked, and you were supposed to replace it. What happened? I followed all protocol. Please advise. Lori Botzet
They are great. They came fully assembled, their arm height is just right for me and my husband (we're both about 5'10"). They are a wide, and good for my squirmy kids. Easy to wipe off, they are the same black as my black wood table, and look modern.
Happy with the prompt delivery. Chairs are just what I was looking for. Great quality and careful delivery.
These chairs are awesome! They are very well constructed and perfect as a dining chair. The seat has a padded vinyl seat that is easy on the bum and can be easily cleaned. The curvature of the back is a nice touch. Used this in a commercial space for seating at an island. Was concerned that the arms would not clear under the table height dropped island, but they sure did. Very happy
It's a beautiful chair but the seat back is too deep due to its curvy design. Unfortunately I had to return.
Note this is for one chair. It's sturdy, comes fully assembled & easy to clean. It has a good cushion to it as well. Overall I'm pleased with these. We got 6 total
The first chair we received was damaged during transit. They agreed to send us another one and advised us to discard the first chair. The second chair we received had a design defect. We still liked the chair so we were willingly to keep it if they offered us a decent discount. However, they offered us a ***% discount which, in my opinion, was not good enough. At this point, we were tired of going back and forth so we never even responded to their insulting offer. Communication was terrible. It would take a week for them to respond. Hence, this whole process has taken WEEKS. It has been quite a frustrating experience. I ordered through Overstock thinking I would not have a problem working with a larger organization, however, it was not the case. Working with a smaller the third party company was not what I was expecting and would not ever do it again. The only reason why I gave two stars was bc they at least sent us a replacement chair for the first one that was damaged. Just know... these chairs have a defect (at the joints on BOTH sides), and the company does not recognize it as a defect.
Do not buy from this seller!!!!!! Seller is very shady, there's no customer service phone number, only an email and they do not respond to emails!!!! Return policy is terrible as well. The chairs are kind of nice and modern but they arrived with scratches on them and so I do not want them and I've sent several emails to seller with no response...Very disappointed.
The quality is good and style what i saw online. It is sturdy and the seating material seems like it will hold up for years. The shipping was a bit questionable as they shipped one chair 3 days before the other 3 ordered and without any required signature but the shipping details said signature required. Otherwise generally happy.
The quality is very nice. Came assembled. Matches my table perfectly.
