Came very well packed, and when opened, all parts were neatly organized. Assembly required minimal effort and took only about 5 minutes to put everything together. You simply need to screw on the legs. The material feels very soft and plush, and the back support has a stylish look.
Please do not buy. This chair is very uncomfortable for FOUR reasons. First, it's lightweight with small pinpoint legs that hardly contact floor, so it slides. Second, not only is there zero back support, it's concave at the lower back for negative back support. Third, if you add a pillow for back support, the seat is so small that the your butt can now hardly sit on it and your at the edge of the chair. Fourth, the width is tight between the high armrests so if you want to snuggle in and put feet on side or even lean a little to one side you can't. Worst purchase, please don't fall for the nice look or velvet material, unless you like a concave back support with no space for a pillow. Maybe buy if you already have scoliosis and need a better fitting chair.
These chairs are gorgeous and get compliments from everyone who visits. The yellow metal legs give a great industrial-chic vibe. The gray velvet looks rich and luxurious! It was a breeze about assembly. The chair took me only 10 minutes. Screw the legs , then put the back in, Done! Highly recommend!
The color is definitely not white. They are Beige so I am dissatisfied. I wanted white but when against white, it is clear the color is advertised incorrectly. The chairs were easy to assemble.

This chair broke a day after I received it. Unfortunately, I had to spend extra money to ship back for my replacement. Not sure if I'm satisfied with this purchase. They are easily broken.
Chairs are nice and comfortable but VERY disappointed that the "white" chairs we purchased are NOT white!! They are cream and doesn't match our decor. We purchased two months prior to our move so we can no longer return. Very disappointing!!
Absolutely Love the chairs, feel, and look. They are very beautiful in my office. They are comfortable and sturdy and give the office an elegant feel. I have had people of different body types and weight sit comfortable. They came nicely wrapped and were super easy and fast to set up. Not completely done with the office as I have to paint but pictures will help.
I absolutely love the chairs! Looks great by my fireplace. It's the perfect shade of gray and looks good with my cream couch set. They are super easy to assemble!
