  • Liked it so much we bought another one.

We bought one and liked it so much we bought another one for the other side of the bed. The power strip is useful for, not only cell phones, but CPAP machine which gets used nightly and closed in the top drawer during the day. Keeps the room neat and tidy. Nice style. We plan on getting an upholstered headboard with these night stands.

I am very pleased with the product. The power strip is very useful. Wish it had a soft close feature on the glides.

  • Quality nightstand

Was very happy upon receiving these nightstands to find them well packaged -padded with wrap and styrofoam blocks, wrapped in plastic on a cardboard pallet inside a box - no dings or scratches from shipping. All the assembly required is simply screwing the handles on the front (the handles are screwed on facing the inside of the drawer to prevent damage during shipping). The nightstands themselves are well made. Mine sit flush to the floor, are sturdy and the electrical strips inside save us a lot of clutter. The only thing the manufacturer could have done better would be to add notches to the sides of drawers for the cords to run through if you wanted to charge something sitting on top of the nightstand and close the drawer. All told, it's no real inconvenience to leave the drawer ajar. One of the two nightstands that I received was missing a handle, which I only learned a month after ordering when we finally set them up. Despite my lag in reporting the problem, Overstock quickly sent out the replacement part. Very pleased with the prompt customer service!

  • Staples? Really?
    Verified Purchase

First, one of the nightstands was damaged, likely when UPS just dumped them in front of my garage, without even coming to the door. When I unpacked them, based on the description and price, I was surprised to find the bottom trim pieces attached with staples and glued on rather than using screws or joinery. That being said, the undamaged nightstand still looks beautiful and seems very sturdy. Customer Service couldn't have been more helpful dealing with the damaged item.
