Excellent Purchase

These chairs are heavy and quality. The listing notes they are NOT leather...but all of the paperwork from the mfg indicates they ARE leather. For the price, I am assuming they are "leather-like". We bought the navy and assembled them ourselves. The parts were well marked and all the holes lined up. However, someone at the factory fell asleep on the screw gun and getting some of the screws loosened (there are no part bags...all the screws are IN the holes) was a major feat. We are VERY comfortable doing this type of assembly - but if you are not or dont have the strength of THOR - pay the money to have someone assemble it for you.
In the end, the navy chairs are beautiful and VERY comfortable. They are well made and we would buy them again and recommend them to others. The navy color is a true dark navy.

Pieces Didn't Fit Properly

I ordered two of these. You'll have to assemble them. The reclining mechanism holes were not drilled in the proper position. The footrest stuck out too far when assembled. The footrest was also not wide enough for the space and left noticeable gaps on the sides. I returned both.

Using them for a while,love them

With hesitation we ordered the chairs in march 2024, but after getting them we really like them, my husband always wanted one and this is that set.we faced a little hiccup while assembling but that was easy just drilling a new hole for one leg. That's it they look amazing, received so many compliments.

Too many manufacturing defects from misaligned predrilled holes, sloppy sewing and stiching, gaps between chair parts that really show. One star is for basic chair design and another for the material and color.

Chairs are smaller & lighter than expected but for me that's a good thing. Arrived early, no damage. Easy to assemble, although one bolt on footrest was stripped out. My husband is quite handy so he was able to work around that. Upholstery is good. Comfortable chairs for average size people. I would not recommend for heavier people.

Dont waste your time..

Broken pieces, holes and threads dont line up, the back rest is not flush with the seat. Does not look like the picture (arm rest & dimentions are off) it looks tall and skinny very awkward compared to the picture were it looks wide and shorter.

The measurements were not accurate. The screws could not catch the treads inside the holes. The screws were not long enough. I absolutely regret buying these chairs. I would rather spend the money extra money and go to a furniture store. SMH!
