It does not come to a boil and shuts on and off. Takes a long time to boil only heats the water. I wouldn't recommend it.
Sturdy and nice led lights. Love the infuser but it took over 3 minutes to boil the minimum amount of water.
This electric Zokop kettle is 1200W and NOT 1800W. Therefore it is slow in heating up the water. Wrongly advertised by Bed Bath and Beyond.
I'm quite satisfied with this heater. It's easy to use and shuts off after a minute or so (for 1 cup) of boiling, and I can hear the shutoff from the next room, so I don't have to hang around in the kitchen and can go on with whatever I was doing. It's easy to refill as well, with a clearly marked MIN level. My only question is, how to use the metal container inside it, hanging on the edge at the top. I assume it's for coffee or tea, but I can't find any mention or drawing of it in the manual, and the manufacturer's sites are no help, at least not in English. So I don't use it, but if it would make my life a bit easier I'd like to know how!
Heats water very quickly…love it!!
Perfect and reliable I use it everyday. My family uses it also. Easy fast looks good love it.
Just received the product and have to agree with the customer from February 2023. I searched high and low on Overstock.com to try to get a product I thought was made here in the United States to try and keep our jobs here. I thought this product was it as it says the country of origin is the United States. After excitedly receiving the product, sadly is false advertisement as it states clearly on the box, made in C! I will keep it for now, but would not have purchased it otherwise.
I would highly recommend this electric tea kettle. It works very well and fast. It is at a good price, and it is a very practicle appliance for any kitchen.
Description says country of origin is ****; that's a lie. It says Made in **** on the box and the product. Also, the glass does not feel like the tempered glass (borosilicate glass) that is described. How can we trust anything else they said? I specifically wanted something Made in **** so I could trust that the materials are safe.
This electric kettle is awesome, looks extremely elegant and great quality. I have had several more expensive electric kettle and they never shut off automatically, this one shuts off.
