Avoid at all costs

I've assembled enough furniture in my life to fill 2 houses. This is by far the most disappointing, particularly since the expectations were low. The sections had multiple tears underneath and in the front of the back portions. This comes in 2 boxes, which we found out when we had to wait 3 more days for the second box to arrive. Fine, whatever. When we emptied the boxes, there were no instructions included, and no ability to download instructions on the BBB website. I did a request for instructions and who knows when they'll arrive. I put it together as best as I could. Sorry, but the ottoman is straight up trash. Screws that don't catch, screw holes completely misaligned, and the top does not velcro to the part that lifts it out - even though it has 2 velcro strips. The thought of having to go through the nightmare of returning it is why we kept it, and we will give it to our daughter when she moves into her apartment this summer.
