The uniquely designed adjustable base still allows the candle to be raised or lowered for maximum street visibility. The candle can be as short as 8.5" or as tall as 10". The HUGGER base is narrow (1.5" x 2.25") and hugs tight to the window. Four beautiful sturdy weighted metal base colors to choose from that will fit on all windowsills.
