If it's not being staked into the ground the tree has a difficult time staying together and upright. I also received the new product a week ago to find multiple lights burnt out on the product :(
Easy & quick to put together. My only grief is that any good gust of wind pulls it right out of the hole. Timber!
I received my order but there is a problem. The outdoor lit trees I ordered were supposed to be white soft light. I received one tree (largest) multi colored. The smaller on is white. What do I do at this late date? Carol
