I'm trying to get up to 10,000 steps per day... my best was about 6000 - I average between 3000 & 4000. Starting a challenge with a group to add 2000 steps to my normal 3-4000 every day - for 3 weeks. The counter will be getting a work out this month.
Fairly easy to use, no bells and whistles for those of us that are tech challenged. Can slip in your pocket, shoe or bra. There is NOT a carry strap even though the description says there is. There would be no way to hook it on. "This pedometer features a convenient carrying strap."
