I have been taking fish oil for many years and have tried the expensive brands to the cheaper grocery store brands. There is a difference and you get what you pay for. I have had severe dry eye issues for nearly a decade so fish oil is a must for me. This is my first time taking cod liver oil supplements and WOW. I wake up with my eyes as comfortable as when I take the pricier stuff. Cod liver oil, an age-old remedy—I wish I learned of this a long time ago!
I have always tried to do my best with my health. Eat right, workout and get plenty of sleep. Let's face it with getting older and going through menopause where it disrupts your sleep patterns then it only makes things tougher. I had always heard about HGH supplements but they can be very expensive when I saw this at a decent price - had to give it a try. I've been on this for 3 weeks - lost 4 lbs which isn't a lot but for me it's big. I also have hypothyroidism which can make things challenging. What is more important is I feel more energetic, get through my workouts better, not eating as much - my appetite isn't as big and my sleeping patterns have improved. Definitely give it a try. I would not recommend if it didn't work for me. Remember to follow the directions, still exercise and you will see some results. And you certainly can't beat the price compared to other hgh supplements that are way out of my budget.
