I've been using magnetic wraps, disks and pads for years and work great. I have one on each hip and two on my lower back. And I can walk without pain. They sometimes get stuck together and cannot be pulled apart but they can be slid apart. They are able to be dislodged using a ceramic knife. (Be Careful) Magnets, I am told do not work for everybody, but this is an inexpensive way to see if they do.
While this brace does indeed reduce stiff uncomfortable knee pain it I gives very little support. So use a stiffer brace for exercise and this magnetic one after exercising.
I read magnetic therapy is not proven but for me it has worked. AS SOON as I received my package I taped the magnets on my sore neck and some on my heel (plantar fasciitis). My neck pain IMMEDIATELY ceased! I wore the magnets to bed and waking up was able to walk much improved in my heel. I would appreciate more information as to how to use them, however. I know for some things you should place the positive (+) side next to your skin and for others the negative side (no markings on the disk) next to your skin. Do a little internet research for this. I went to Mercela and found some helpful information. These are worth a try and are far better than pills or injections for alternative healing.
