Blinc uses a different way to coat your eyelashes. It puts a tube of color around each lash and makes your lashes look longer. What I like the best is that the tubes come off with warm water and a wash cloth so I don't have to use the greasy eye make up remover at night. Been using this product for years!
I do love Blinc mascara. My only complaint...and it's more a goof up on my part. I have purchased the Amplifer style in the past, which I prefer better..I think the only difference is the style of the mascara brush. This particular one is good for long lashes, but not for fullness. I will also forewarn anyone not have used this mascara before, It literally coats or tubes your natural lashes. It comes off when wet (no soap or special mascara remover) in what appears to look like your natural eye lashes. I about had a panic attack in the shower that all of my eye lashes were falling out...but after I looked in the mirror I realized how the mascara works. Its nice because this mascara won't leave you with raccoon eyes.
Just like all the Balm powder products, these eye shadows are highly pigmented & blend smoothly. I find it difficult to get a complete eye look from just this palette however since most of the shadows are shimmery. I use it in conjunction with one of the Meet Matte Nude palettes to rev up my look for night time or special occasions. If you love shimmer & are ok with an entire shimmery eye look, this palette is your jam. You can get subtle daytime looks or very smoky looks from this palette. If you prefer all matte, probably best to skip this one. The shades range from light shimmery pinks to deep shimmery burgundy & plum. There is even a beautiful yellow & bronze. Nice combo of warm & cool, light & dark. If it had more midtone mattes it would be the perfect stand alone palette.
