Conair made a great straightening/curling iron a year ago but they must have discontinuted it. This one does absolutely nothing for curling....straightening is okay but my Chi is much better for that. I wish I could return this one because it will end up sitting in my bathroom drawer unless I get absolutely desperate for a straightener!!

The concept of this straightener/curler is great! However, this model does not heat well and my hair often gets tangled and pulled out in the cracks/joints/where the plates meet the plastic. The structure is great and does curl hair, but without the heat the curls don't stay. All in all, average.

Works great but could have gotten it cheaper elsewhere.

I love this Styling Iron, it's easy to use and heats up quickly. The price is great, Overstock.com has the lowesI price and trust me I do my research before buying anything online.

i will start by saying that i am not a girly girl so this doesnt come natural for me...that being said. pros..heats up quickly, curls and straightens hair in one step with a little practice. hair holds well once done. cons...takes a bit of practice to learn how to hold iron to get the look that you want. doesnt have a hanger or stand to sit on to prevent burning counter as both sides do get a bit hot. i would recomment this to a friend and advise to practice prior to needing hair to be perfect. works very well once get the hang of it.
