The bottom keyboard rests are stable but adjusting the top keyboard height is somewhat difficult to get the keyboard balanced and into the correct position. It works fine if you keep the top section perfectly vertical, but then the distance between the 2 keyboards is farther than what I think is a comfortable distance
I was surprised to see negative reviews for this keyboard. For the money, and the quality you get...it's fantastic. I'm still learning all of the different things it can do...wow, a bit overwhelming, but fun! I play major piano...but am rusty. Well worth the price...yes, it's different than an actual piano, but it's like anything, you have to get used to it.
I really like the quality of the item and the ease of use. it is fun to play and the keys are a good size not too small. the only thing is it needs a volume control. it is very loud to me by my ears. maybe I will have to wear ear plugs? but it is fun and cute not too heavy. love the case too. It would be nice if a simple little song book came with it to help teach me how to play it. teach all the keys and different approaches to the playing method. I took piano lessons as a child for one year so I know how to read notes.
I bought this as a psuedo-beginner and I knew it was way more than I needed, but it was something I could grow into. It has all the bells and whistles and the sensitive touch keys are nice as well. It is big.
