You can't beat this seasoning salt - it makes everything you cook taste gourmet - chicken, fish, turkey, beef, pork, vegetables, soups, etc. Use it to cook with - don't use it raw. I took a frozen turkey breast, rubbed it inside & outside with the seasoning, placed it in an empty slow cooker, & cooked it for about 5-6 hours on high - best turkey we have ever tasted. Did the same thing with a large beef roast, only cooked it in an electric roasting pan - wonderful! I'd like to try the beef in the slow-cooker, it did shrivel a bit, but still tasted fantastic. With our steamer, we cut up a large variety of fresh vegetables, tossed them with a liberal amount of the seasoning salt, placed them in the top of the electric steamer, then placed some frozen salmon & whitefish, also seasoned on both sides, on the bottom steamer rack & steamed it for about 1/2 hour. All of the meats & the veggies, in all cases, turned out moist, tender, and superbly flavorful! This is a must-have seasoniing. Can't wait to try it on our summer stir-fry.
