I bought 4 similar cotton cover coleman sleeping bags from Overstock and just loved them.Guests who have had the chance to sleep in them have wanted me to order them a bag but the bag is no longer in stock. I've been searching for like bags ever since and these bags are a close cousin. These bags are so cozy for kids and for people who like to use the bag interchangeably between bag and comforter. They are too bulky and heavy to hike with. I bought 6 bags this time around with no regrets.
I used this sleeping bag for three nights while camping in Northern Wisconsin this summer. It got down to the mid to low 50's at night, and it kept me quite cozy. I usually need a lot of covers at night, especially when it's cold, but I was able to sleep in this sleeping bag with just shorts and a tee shirt no problem. It didn't leave me sweating nor freezing in that weather. The little pocket shown in the picture on the green side with the lantern on it was perfect for holding my cellphone.
Did not like feel of the material inside or out. I knew there was no bag in which to stuff the sleeping bag. However, I did not know that the ties would be flimsy and that you would need to really roll the bag tight in order to secure it well and neatly.
I bought 6 of these sleeping bags for a bunk house mainly for kids, and they have worked out perfectly. We live in Texas, so if they get too warm, they just sleep on top of the sleeping bag.....they stay plenty warm! I would say if you are looking for that exact lime green, these are a slight darker lime green, but I still absolutely love them, and I would buy them again! The zipper works great. I have not had the chance to wash them yet though.
