These are not cheap phones but you get what you pay for. I came from an Xperia Z3V with Verizon. When it was time to upgrade, I looked and studied with the results being I liked Xperia Xzs enough that I took the leap to an unlocked phone and AT&T. It was a little scary, but there was no interruption in service. The specs and features on the phone are phenomenal. Xperia is the biggest seller in Europe where phones are unlocked. Here in US phones are tied to service. That's why Xperia may not have the most users in US but I can assure you, they are the most loyal.
Came new in the box with the charger and everything just as it would be direct from the carrier. I wish I knew it was an unlocked AT&T phone though. It works with my Tmobile service just fine but it shows AT&T logo at startup and has a lot of AT&T apps that cannot be removed. I thought factory unlocked meant not having a designated carrier.
