    The interface is slow and clunky. You have to press the on/off button many times to get the system to shut down. It does play Blu-Ray and DVDs without a hitch, and Neflix without a problem. You would be better off paying a little more and getting a better system. It will do for occassional use, but I would pull my hair out if I had to use this device on a regular basis.

    After spending hours trying to locate tech support, I found a nice person with Toshiba (by way of Overstock Customer service) who was kind enough to walk me through the same process I had found on line. When it failed to work and I commented that the directions were the same, I was informed that she was reading the online instructions off of the online site as Toshiba has no trained customer tech support. I contacted ATT and they signed me up for tech support and additional $180 per year added to my ATT bill only to discover that the only way to use this system wirelessly is to leave my Wireless Internet without password protection. I sent the unit back and ordered LG BP530. LG has a wonderful "English Speaking" Tech support staff. I will never order another Toshiba product again.
