I was relieved to find this product and the price made me so excited. I bought a TV without a stand and did not want to mount it. I also did not want to pay for a new stand with the mounting brackets. We lucked up on a good deal for the TV and went for it but we weren't ready to purchase a new living room set. I searched the internet for a universal stand and they were mostly wall mounts and expensive anyway. I was about to give up when I found this one. That was it. End of search! It was not the best looking but does the job well. Looks good wirth my TV, easy to put together. Very well balanced. Only problem was when my husband put opposite sides on for the legs. It tilted forward and took some confusing investigation to figure it out, but perfect once we did.
This is one of my favorite Hot Dots sets. Although I wish it came with the required Hot Dots pen, this Hot Dots Jr. patterns and sequencing is an excellent learning tool. 36 coated cardstock cards arrived in an hard cardboard box with velcro closure and fabric carrying handle for long term use and abuse by the suggested pre-k aged children. Each double sided card comes with a sequencing or pattern equation on top and a choice of 3 possible answers on the bottom. Next to each possible solution there is a black dot. When the Hot Dots pen (NOT included) is placed on the dot, it will tell the child if they have the correct or incorrect answer. This set is excellent for reinforcing both pattern and sequencing concepts and I would recommend it to both parents and therapists. The 3yo enjoyed the pens feedback when using although some cards were a bit difficult for him. The 6yo enjoyed it a lot and was able to answer most cards with each. I even used the sequencing cards with my 8yo to help with comprehension and storytelling. An excellent, well made educational tool. I received this item for review but all opinions are my own.
Works great for my 32" Samsung LED (200 X 200 VESA) in a home office setting. Install was very easy after locating the studs. The instruction manual was probably one of the best I've seen for this type of device and gives great tips if you need them on finding the studs, plate mounting screws, and drill bit sizes. The wall bracket cover snaps easily over the open metal and lag screws and mount itself. There is a slight "sag" as others have mentioned, but the mount allows you to tilt so it's easily compensated for by using that adjustment. Plus in most applications you shouldn't even see the mount I would think. Mines in the corner and looks great. Agree with another review about the cheap screws and washers. One washer was clipped at the top and another completely cut in half! But they are just washers and still worked fine. The lag bolts were strong enough for my situation and I have no concerns and just used on on the top and bottom to mount into the stud. The mount itself is very sturdy and has great maneuverability in terms of set up and no need to take a star away. I'd recommend.
It is not yet clear to me why one would pay an outrageous price for what is essentially a wire. Maybe as a Senior Citizen I'm too old to see the difference. I do know that the one top-rated HDMI cable that I paid a small fortune for is no longer in use - it literally came apart! I replaced it with a cable from Overstock.com and was dumb-struck when I realized that for me there was no difference - except the price. Do yourself a favor: try one of these cables before you spend a half-day's wages trying to impress someone with a name brand gold cable. More's the pity if you can see a difference; it is going to cost you - big time.
